Superintendent
Ray O'Donnell
Ray brings over 40 years of industry experience, including four years with Stingray. As Project Superintendent, he oversees all on-site operations, including labor, scheduling, subcontractors, and material procurement. He is known for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Project Manager & Estimator
Robb Fredrickson
Robb has 19 years of industry experience and serves as both Project Manager and Estimator. He combines detailed cost analysis with strong project leadership to guide projects from preconstruction through completion. Robb prepares accurate proposals, evaluates materials and risks, and ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Project Manager
Beau Genske
Beau has 11 years of industry experience, including two years with Stingray Electric. He has managed projects for major public agencies and brings strong leadership to every phase of construction. As Project Manager, Beau ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined goals.
Education: University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, B.S., Mechanical Engineering
Assistant Project Manager
Andy Godinez
Andy has seven years of construction industry experience, including three years with Stingray. He supports field operations by coordinating daily site activities, including scheduling, subcontractors, and trades. Andy also plays a key role in upholding Stingray’s Corporate Safety and Quality Control Programs to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery.
